Furthermore, the person that is responsible for converting the sold lead to an estimate will know exactly when an estimate is sold and be able to begin the processes of creating a job and starting the equipment/part ordering process.  Working with the “Parts/Equipment Needs To Be Ordered” Card as soon as the proper job is created an alert will go to the purchasing and warehouse department.
