How it Works:

We funnel all leads from different platforms into one stream inside one channel in an internal communication system.

Why it Works:

No more logging into multiple sites or depending on text and email alerts when you get a new lead or customer inquiry.  We have created an action card that will send the leads to the designated channel.  Once a lead arrives with all the relevant data a CSR or Lead Setter can indicate that they are working on it.  This action card will also include a link to the source of the original data so you can get further details.  This ensures you are responding to leads and requests quickly and continuously.  The alert goes directly to your platform without having to stay logged into multiple sites.  Multiple people can be in a room and claim this lead as “working on it” and others get the next one.
