7 Day Cancellation Policy. Thank you for subscribing to My HVAC Tools. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a refund. Cancellations are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the purchase. You may not be eligible for a refund if you approve of any project within the billing cycle.
Beyond the 7 day window, there are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including cancellations and unused time on a plan. Upon cancellation, you will have access to our service for the length of your current billing cycle. You are responsible for understanding this upon registering for our subscription service or purchasing a product.

While will be careful to minimize any errors, due to the nature of creative design we can not guarantee all files delivered will be 100% mistake free. Upon file transfer, you agree to study and proof all files for any errors or omissions and notify our team if any changes/corrections are needed. We will rush any edits to correct the mistakes. My HVAC Tools is not responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors or omissions.
